  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder Adds depth without the bite of raw garlic.
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika For warmth and color.
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar Enhances sweetness.
  • water Water To adjust the consistency as needed.

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise with ketchup. Stir until well blended.
  • Sprinkle in rice vinegar, garlic powder, and paprika. Add sugar if a sweeter taste is desired.
  • Gradually add water, stirring until reaching your desired thickness.
  • Taste and adjust ingredients according to preference.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week. This sauce can be adjusted for heat with Sriracha or cayenne pepper.
