  • 1 can coconut milk (14 oz) Creamy base for the punch
  • 1 liter lemon-lime soda (or sparkling water), chilled Chilled to retain fizz
  • 1/2 cup sugar (optional, for added sweetness) Adjust based on your preference
  • Ice cubes Add as needed
  • Fresh cranberries for garnish Adds a festive touch
  • Sprigs of rosemary for garnish Adds a festive touch

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large punch bowl, combine the chilled pineapple juice, white cranberry juice, and coconut milk.
  2. Stir the mixture well until all ingredients are blended smoothly.
  3. Gently add the chilled lemon-lime soda (or sparkling water) to keep the fizz.
  4. If you prefer a sweeter punch, slowly stir in the sugar until dissolved.
  5. Add ice cubes to the punch bowl.
  6. Garnish with fresh cranberries and sprigs of rosemary for a festive touch.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy the cheers!

Notes

Best served in a large, transparent bowl or pitcher. Can be paired with holiday cookies or appetizers. For an adult version, add a splash of rum or vodka.
