Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips Can substitute with dark chocolate for a richer taste.
  • 1 cup dried cranberries Fresh cranberries can be used, but may not hold up as well.
  • 1 cup pecans (chopped) Feel free to use other nuts or seeds if desired.

Method

Preparation
  1. Start by melting the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat it in 30-second intervals, stirring in between to keep it smooth.
  2. Once melted, stir in the dried cranberries and chopped pecans until everything is well combined and coated.
  3. Using a spoon, drop dollops of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Let the clusters cool and harden at room temperature, or pop them in the fridge for a quicker set.

Notes

Store clusters in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or freeze for longer storage. Thaw slightly before enjoying. For a glossy finish, stir in a small amount of coconut oil with the chocolate.
