Preparation
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a heatproof bowl, melt the white chocolate chips over a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt.
- Fold in the dried cranberries and pecan halves until evenly coated with the melted white chocolate.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming small clusters.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until the clusters are firm and set.
- Store the clusters in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
Notes
These clusters can be served anytime. Pair with tea or coffee for a cozy treat, or use them on dessert platters. Can be stored at room temperature for up to a week or frozen for up to three months.
