Preparation
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a heatproof bowl, melt the white chocolate chips over a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt.
  4. Fold in the dried cranberries and pecan halves until evenly coated with the melted white chocolate.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming small clusters.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until the clusters are firm and set.
  7. Store the clusters in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
