Preparation
- Line an 8x8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper; set aside.
- In a medium saucepan, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Place over low heat.
- Stir continuously until the mixture melts completely and is smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and pinch of salt.
- Gently fold in dried cranberries until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Once set, cut into small squares and enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For longer storage, keep it in the fridge for up to two weeks or freeze for up to 3 months. Let it come to room temperature before serving for the best texture.
