  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 (12 oz) bag white chocolate chips Use high-quality for best flavor.
  • 1 (10 oz) bag mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup red and green gumdrops or chewy candy, chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
  2. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the butter, white chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows.
  3. Microwave for 1 minute, then stir with a greased spatula to combine evenly.
  4. Continue microwaving in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until the mixture is completely melted and smooth.
  5. Let the melted mixture cool for about 1 minute to thicken slightly.
  6. Gently fold in the chopped red and green gumdrops or chewy candies.
  7. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and press it evenly into a flat layer.
  8. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Serving
  1. Once chilled and firm, lift the candy out of the dish by lifting the parchment paper.
  2. Remove the paper and cut the candy into small, bite-sized pieces.

Store the pieces in an airtight container for optimal freshness. They can last for up to two weeks in the refrigerator or up to 3 months in the freezer when well-wrapped.
