  • 12 oz white chocolate chips
  • 10 oz mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup red and green gumdrops, chopped Or other chewy candy

Preparation
  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
  2. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the butter, white chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows.
  3. Microwave for 1 minute; stir, then continue microwaving in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth.
  4. Let the melted mixture cool for about 1 minute.
  5. Gently fold in the chopped candies, ensuring even distribution.
  6. Transfer mixture into the prepared dish and press evenly.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Serving
  1. Once chilled, lift out of the dish by the parchment paper, remove the paper and cut into pieces.
  2. Serve plain, with fresh fruit, or alongside ice cream and chocolate sauce.
Storage
  1. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
  2. For freezing, wrap pieces in wax paper and place in a freezer-safe bag.

Notes

Chop gumdrops finely for even mixing, and consider adding a pinch of sea salt for a richer flavor. You can also add nuts or crispy rice for texture. Experiment with flavors like peppermint or dried fruits for variety.
