Preparation
  1. While the Brie is cold, carefully trim away and discard the rind.
  2. Cut the Brie into small cubes and let them come to room temperature for about 1 hour to soften slightly.
Blending
  1. Place the Brie cubes into a food processor and blend continuously until the cheese is creamy and smooth, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
Serving
  1. Spread the whipped Brie onto a serving plate evenly.
  2. Spoon a generous scoop of cranberry sauce in the center of the spread.
  3. Drizzle honey over the top.
  4. Scatter the chopped pistachios over the Brie.
  5. Garnish with rosemary sprigs.
  6. Serve with toasted baguette slices alongside.
