Ingredients
  

Salad Base

  • 4 cups Mixed greens Use a variety for enhanced flavor and texture
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes Halved
  • 1 medium Cucumber Sliced
  • 1/2 medium Red onion Thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Feta cheese Crumpled

Dressing

  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, and thinly sliced red onion.
  • Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top.

Dressing

  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Serving

  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Weekly Salad can be enjoyed on its own or paired with a protein. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days, keeping the dressing separate.
