Preparation

  • Start by cutting the watermelon into small cubes, removing the rind and seeds to avoid a watery salsa. Aim for bite-sized pieces that will be easy to scoop with chips.
  • Finely chop the red onion and your choice of chili peppers. If you prefer mild salsa, remove the seeds and membranes from the peppers.

Combine Ingredients

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the watermelon, red onion, chili peppers, and chopped cilantro.
  • Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture, tossing it gently to combine all the ingredients.

Season
