  • 1 cup Reese's Peanut Butter (melted) Use creamy peanut butter for best results.
  • 1 cup Great Value Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Great Value Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup butter, softened Ensure butter is softened but not melted.
  • 1 cup brown sugar Packed firmly.
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large bowl until fluffy.
  • Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Mix in the melted Reese's peanut butter, warming it slightly ahead of time to make it easier to mix in.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  • Fold in the semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips for an even mix.

Baking

  • Drop spoonfuls of dough onto lined baking sheets.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 10-12 minutes. The cookie edges should be set, but the centers may look slightly underbaked.

Cooling & Serving

  • Once baked, let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.
  • These cookies go great with a glass of cold milk or a hot cup of coffee. Serve them warm for an extra delightful experience!

Notes

To keep your cookies fresh, store them in an airtight container at room temperature for about a week, or freeze them for up to 3 months. For chewier cookies, slightly underbake them; they will continue to cook while cooling.
