Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle, about 12 inches long.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle the cheddar cheese, cooked bacon, parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes on top of the sauce.
- Starting from one of the long edges, roll the dough tightly into a log shape.
- Slice the log into 1-inch thick pieces.
- Place each slice on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the swirls are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
These swirls can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. To reheat, place them in the oven at 350°F for about 10 minutes. For longer storage, freeze them wrapped tightly and use within three months.
