  3. Shape the mixture into small patties suitable for sliders, aiming for uniform thickness.
Cooking
  1. Cook the patties on a grill or in a skillet set to medium heat for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until they are thoroughly cooked and golden brown.

  1. Assemble each slider on a bun, adding your choice of cheese, lettuce, tomato, and any additional toppings you fancy.
