  • 2 cups stuffing mix
  • 1 cup turkey gravy
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional) Use your favorite type of cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Puff pastry sheets or biscuit dough For wrapping the filling

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded turkey, stuffing mix, and turkey gravy until well combined.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry sheets or biscuit dough on a floured surface and cut them into squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the turkey and stuffing mixture in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the pastry over the filling and seal the edges tightly.
  6. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and cheese if using.
  7. Place the bundles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
