  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Can substitute with Greek yogurt for a healthier option.

Preparation

  • Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions, then drain and cool.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, canned tuna (drained), and peas.
  • In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the macaroni salad and stir to combine.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a dash of lemon juice or diced celery. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
