Main ingredients

  • 1 cup yogurt Choose plain, Greek, or flavored yogurt.
  • 1/2 cup granola Use your favorite granola.
  • 1 kiwi, sliced Fresh and ripe for best flavor.
  • 1/4 cup diced mango Fresh mango adds sweetness.
  • 1/4 cup sliced strawberries Use fresh strawberries.
  • 2 tbsp mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews) Feel free to experiment with different nuts.

Preparation

  • Start by adding the yogurt to a bowl.
  • Sprinkle granola over the top of the yogurt.
  • Arrange the slices of kiwi, mango, and strawberries on top.
  • Finish the bowl with a handful of mixed nuts for extra crunch and protein!

Notes

Serve immediately for the best taste and texture. Can add honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness. Store components separately if there are leftovers to keep them fresh.
