  • ½ cup coconut water Naturally hydrating with electrolytes.
  • 1 medium banana Creaminess plus a potassium-packed energy lift.

Optional Add-ins

  • 1 tsp chia seeds Add for omega-3s and fiber.
  • 1 scoop protein powder A scoop of vanilla plant-based protein.
  • 1 tsp matcha or spirulina For antioxidants and a vivid green hue.

Preparation

  • Add banana and spinach to the blender first.
  • Next, add the mango and pineapple.
  • Pour in the coconut water last.

Blending

  • Blend on high for 45-60 seconds until silky smooth.

  • Pour into a chilled glass or a hollowed-out pineapple.
  • Garnish with a mint sprig or pineapple slice.

Notes

For an extra creamy smoothie, freeze your mango or banana beforehand. Tips for use: start blending on low speed, then increase to high for smoother results. Add a few ice cubes if desired.
