Ingredients
  

Fruits and base liquid

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup mango chunks
  • 1 banana Use ripe for sweetness
  • 1 cup coconut water (or almond milk) Choose almond milk for creaminess

Optional ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt Adds extra protein
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds Adds fiber
  • 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup Adjust sweetness to taste
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes For thicker texture

Preparation

  • In a blender, combine the frozen mixed berries, pineapple chunks, mango chunks, banana, and coconut water or almond milk.
  • If using, add the Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey or agave syrup, and ice cubes.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy your tropical smoothie!

Notes

Serve in tall glasses with a slice of fruit or a sprig of mint on top. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours. For longer storage, freeze in ice cube trays.
