Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Cut the loaf of French bread in half lengthwise and hollow out the center to create a well in both halves.
- Spread marinara sauce evenly on both halves.
- Layer the ingredients: Start with the mozzarella cheese, then add pepperoni, the diced bell peppers, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, and red pepper flakes on one half.
- Top with the other half of the bread to create a delicious sandwich.
- Wrap the loaf in aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes
Serve with a side of fresh salad or garlic bread. For storing leftovers, allow to cool completely before wrapping tightly. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
