Ingredients
  

For the sausages
  • 4 pieces Sausages Any type can be used, such as pork, chicken, or turkey.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil For cooking.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1 medium Onion Chopped.
  • 2 medium Bell peppers Sliced, any color.
  • 1 teaspoon Spices (e.g., paprika, black pepper, salt) To taste.
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh herbs (e.g., parsley, thyme) Chopped.

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and onions, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add sliced bell peppers and cook until soft.
  4. Push vegetables to one side, add sausages and cook until browned on all sides.
  5. Sprinkle with spices and herbs, mix everything together, and cook for a few more minutes.
  6. Serve hot.

Notes
