  • 4 tablespoons Pizza sauce Spread evenly over tortillas.
  • 8 ounces String cheese, torn into pieces Can be replaced with other cheeses.
  • 20 slices Pepperoni slices Feel free to substitute with other toppings.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven or air fryer according to your preferences.
  • Take a flour tortilla and spread a tablespoon of pizza sauce evenly over the surface.
  • Sprinkle torn pieces of string cheese on top of the sauce.
  • Add pepperoni slices over the cheese.
  • Fold the tortilla in half to create a pocket.

Cooking

  • Place the pocket in the oven or air fryer and bake until crispy and the cheese is melted, about 8-10 minutes.
