  • 3 cups canned cherry pie filling
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice for cherry filling
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract for cherry filling
  • 3 cups canned apple pie filling
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice for apple filling
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon for apple filling
  • 3 cups canned blueberry pie filling
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon zest for blueberry filling
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice for blueberry filling

Crust Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, very cold, cut into small cubes for best crust texture
  • 1 cup heavy cream, cold

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the cherry filling with 2 teaspoons of lemon juice and almond extract. Spread it evenly in one section of a greased baking pan.
  • In another bowl, combine the apple filling with 2 teaspoons of lemon juice and cinnamon. Spread this mixture in the second section of the baking pan.
  • In a third bowl, mix the blueberry filling with the lemon zest and the remaining 2 teaspoons of lemon juice. Pour this into the last section of the baking pan.

Crust Preparation

  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
  • Cut in the cold butter until the mixture looks like coarse crumbs.
  • Stir in the cold heavy cream until everything is just mixed.

Baking

  • Spread the cobbler topping over the fruit fillings in the pan.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown.
  • Let it cool before serving.

Notes

Serve warm or at room temperature with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
