  • 12 slices Cheddar cheese (optional) Experiment with different types like gouda or pepper jack for variation.
  • 1/2 cup Gravy (for glazing) Heat until warm before brushing on sliders.
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Layer slices of turkey on the buns, followed by stuffing and a layer of cranberry sauce.
  4. If desired, add a slice of cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Place the top halves of the buns over the fillings.
  6. In a small saucepan, heat the gravy until warm; brush it generously over the tops of the sliders.
  7. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the tops are golden.
Serving Suggestions
  1. Serve warm, straight from the oven, ideally paired with a crisp green salad or hearty sides like mashed potatoes.
  2. For an added touch, consider serving them with extra gravy or a side of sweet potato fries.
Storage
  1. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
  2. To reheat, place in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes or until warmed through.
  3. For longer storage, wrap tightly in plastic wrap and store in a freezer bag for up to a month; thaw overnight in the refrigerator before reheating.
