- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat; drain excess fat.
- Add the cream of mushroom soup and mixed vegetables to the skillet and stir until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the beef mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the beef mixture.
- Arrange the tater tots evenly over the cheese layer.

Notes
