Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat; drain excess fat.
  3. Add the cream of mushroom soup and mixed vegetables to the skillet and stir until well combined.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Transfer the beef mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the beef mixture.
  7. Arrange the tater tots evenly over the cheese layer.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.

Notes
