  • 1 oz taco seasoning Adjust spice level with mild or hot seasoning.
  • 1 can diced tomatoes and green chiles 10 oz can, undrained.
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese Experiment with different types of cheese.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  • Drain any excess fat and add the taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, and green chiles. Stir until well combined.
  • In a baking dish, layer the beef mixture and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
