  • 1 oz taco seasoning 1 package
  • 10 oz diced tomatoes and green chiles 1 can, undrained
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, add the ground beef and cook over medium heat until it’s browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in the taco seasoning and the can of diced tomatoes with green chiles. Cook for about 5 minutes until everything is heated through.
Baking
  1. In a baking dish, layer the beef mixture evenly, then top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
  3. Serve warm as bite-sized snacks or appetizers, perfect for sharing!
