  • 1 box Macaroni and Cheese Prepare according to package instructions.
  • 1 can Rotel (seasoned diced tomatoes) Enhances the flavor.
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning Adjust to taste.

Preparation

  • Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions until al dente.
  • In a skillet, brown your choice of ground beef or turkey over medium heat until fully cooked.
  • Drain any excess fat and stir in the taco seasoning along with the Rotel. Cook until warmed through and aromatic.
  • Combine the cooked macaroni and the meat mixture with the prepared Macaroni and Cheese, mixing until well combined.
  • Serve hot and add your favorite taco toppings for additional flavor.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 3 to 4 days. To reheat, simply warm it in the microwave or on the stove until hot. For variations, try plant-based ground meat for a vegetarian option or add extra vegetables.
