Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with taco seasoning.
  3. In a baking dish, start layering: spread refried beans, then a layer of meat, followed by diced tomatoes, black olives, and a sprinkle of taco sauce.
  4. Place a tortilla on top and repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cheese on top.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  2. Let it cool for a few minutes, garnish with sour cream and green onions before serving.
