  • 1 lb seasoned ground beef Use lean ground beef for a healthier option.
  • 1 can chili (with no beans)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet taco seasoning (optional) Add for extra flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a skillet, cook the seasoned ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  2. Stir in the chili and taco seasoning, if using, and heat through.
  3. Place a tortilla on a flat surface and add a generous portion of the beef and chili mixture.
  4. Sprinkle cheddar cheese and add diced onions and a dollop of sour cream.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides to seal the burrito.
  6. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For a perfect meal, pair the burrito with tortilla chips and salsa or a light garden salad. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days or frozen for up to three months.
