Method

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  2. Drain any excess fat and add the taco seasoning and water or beef broth. Stir well and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. If using, warm the refried beans in a separate pot.
  4. To assemble, place a spoonful of the beef mixture and refried beans in a tortilla, wrap it up, and serve warm.
