  • 0.5 cups mango chunks Fresh or frozen
  • 0.5 cups Greek yogurt Can use dairy-free yogurt for a vegan option
  • 0.5 teaspoons turmeric powder For added health benefits
  • 1 teaspoon honey Optional, adjust sweetness to taste
  • as needed cubes ice To achieve desired thickness
  • a pinch cinnamon For garnish

Preparation

  • In a blender, combine the orange juice, mango chunks, Greek yogurt, turmeric powder, honey (if using), and a handful of ice cubes.
  • Blend everything together until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass and sprinkle a tiny pinch of cinnamon on top for garnish.

Notes

Serve in a chilled glass. This smoothie is great for breakfast, a snack, or as a post-workout refreshment. Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored for up to 24 hours in the fridge. Shake or stir if thickened.
