Egg Mixture
  • 6 large large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup cheese (cheddar, feta, or goat cheese) Variety of cheeses can be used for different flavors.
  • 4 slices bacon Cook the bacon until crispy for better texture.
  • 1 cup vegetables (bell peppers, spinach, etc.) Feel free to switch up the veggies.
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
For Serving
  • 4 slices bread For toast, can use gluten-free bread if desired.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. Add in chopped vegetables, cooked bacon, cheese, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until eggs are set.
  2. Serve hot with toasted bread.

Notes
