Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased baking pan to form the crust.
  • In a separate bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, additional sugar substitute, vanilla extract, and eggs until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust, spreading it evenly.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes or until the center is firm and a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Allow it to cool completely before slicing.
