  • 2 large sub sandwich rolls
  • 4 slices deli turkey
  • 4 slices deli ham
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 4–6 slices pickle slices
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard

Preparation
  1. Lightly toast the sub rolls in a toaster or on a skillet until golden.
  2. Prep all fillings: slice tomato and onion, shred lettuce, and lay out meats, cheese, and condiments.
Assembly
  1. Slice the toasted sub rolls lengthwise and spread mayo and mustard on each side.
  2. Layer turkey, ham, and provolone first, then top with lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles.
  3. Gently press the sandwich together, wrap in parchment, and let sit for 5 minutes.
  4. Slice in half and serve fresh or wrap to go.

Notes

To store, wrap tightly in parchment paper or plastic wrap and refrigerate. Best enjoyed within 24 hours. Fillings can be frozen separately for a quick meal later. For maximum flavor, use fresh ingredients.
