Preparation
- Lightly toast the sub rolls in a toaster or on a skillet until golden.
- Prep all fillings: slice tomato and onion, shred lettuce, and lay out meats, cheese, and condiments.
Assembly
- Slice the toasted sub rolls lengthwise and spread mayo and mustard on each side.
- Layer turkey, ham, and provolone first, then top with lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles.
- Gently press the sandwich together, wrap in parchment, and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Slice in half and serve fresh or wrap to go.
Notes
Store in the refrigerator wrapped tightly in plastic wrap or in an airtight container. Best eaten fresh, but can last up to two days in the fridge and up to a month in the freezer.
