  • 1.25 cups powdered sugar
  • 20 large strawberries Fresh strawberries are recommended for the best flavor.
  • 1.3 oz black decorating icing For creating facial features.
  • 20 pieces round red sprinkles To decorate as Santa hats.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Wash and dry the strawberries.
  3. Dip the pointed end of each strawberry in the cream cheese mixture, then gently place them upside down on a serving platter to form the 'Santa' body.
  4. Use black decorating icing to create eyes and a mouth on the cream cheese.
  5. Place a round red sprinkle on top for the Santa hat.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

These treats are best enjoyed fresh and should be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a day. Freezing is not recommended.
