Preparation
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Wash and dry the strawberries.
- Dip the pointed end of each strawberry in the cream cheese mixture, then gently place them upside down on a serving platter to form the 'Santa' body.
- Use black decorating icing to create eyes and a mouth on the cream cheese.
- Place a round red sprinkle on top for the Santa hat.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
These treats are best enjoyed fresh and should be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a day. Freezing is not recommended.
