Ingredients
  

For the base

  • 3 ounces strawberry jello mix
  • 1 cup water boiling water for jello
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 3.4 ounces instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 8 ounces whipped topping

For mixing in

  • 16 ounces fresh strawberries use fresh for best flavor
  • 8 ounces crushed pineapple
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows add more for extra sweetness if desired

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, dissolve the strawberry jello mix in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved.
  • Add 1 cup of crushed ice to the jello mixture and stir until the ice is melted.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and 1 cup of cold milk until thickened.
  • Gently fold the whipped topping into the pudding mixture.
  • Combine the jello mixture with the pudding mixture and stir until well blended.
  • Fold in fresh strawberries, crushed pineapple, and mini marshmallows.
  • Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Store covered in the fridge for up to 3 days. Give a gentle stir before serving again.
