Ingredients
  

For the Fluff

  • 3 ounces strawberry jello mix
  • 1 cup water boiling
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 3.4 ounces instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 8 ounces whipped topping
  • 16 ounces fresh strawberries, chopped ripe and sweet
  • 8 ounces crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, dissolve the strawberry jello mix in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved.
  • Add 1 cup of crushed ice to the jello mixture to cool it down, stirring until the ice is melted.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and 1 cup of cold milk until thickened.
  • Fold the pudding mixture into the cooled jello mixture gently.
  • Add the whipped topping, fresh strawberries, crushed pineapple, and mini marshmallows to the mixture, folding them in until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.

Serving

  • Serve chilled, scooping into bowls or onto plates. Garnish with additional fresh strawberries or whipped cream if desired.

Notes

To store, cover tightly with plastic wrap or transfer to an airtight container. Can be kept in the refrigerator for up to three days. Stir before serving.
