  • 1 box cheesecake jello
  • 1.5 cups whole milk
  • 8 oz whipped topping

For assembly

  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 1 lb strawberries sliced and divided
  • 1 container strawberry frosting

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine the cheesecake jello and whole milk. Mix until well combined.
  • Fold in the whipped topping until smooth.
  • In a 9x13 inch dish, layer graham crackers on the bottom.
  • Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the graham crackers.
  • Slice the strawberries and arrange half of them on top of the cheesecake layer.
  • Repeat the layers with graham crackers, the remaining cheesecake mixture, and strawberries.
  • Top with strawberry frosting.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For best results, let the cake chill overnight to meld the flavors. Substitute with other berries like blueberries or raspberries for variety. Be gentle when folding whipped topping to maintain fluffiness.
