Ingredients
  

For the crust

  • 5 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons sugar

For the filling

  • 16 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup cold whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons strawberry gelatin
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip

For the topping

  • 10 pieces strawberries sliced

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined.
  • Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish to form the crust.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, almond extract, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • Fold the cold whipping cream and strawberry gelatin into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the prepared crust.
  • Slice the strawberries and arrange them beautifully on top of the cream cheese layer.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Make sure your cream cheese is soft to create a smoother filling. Use fresh, ripe strawberries for the best flavor. Try adding a layer of your favorite fruit on top for extra flavor. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days, or freeze for longer storage.
