Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 5 tablespoons butter Melted
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons sugar

Cream Cheese Layer

  • 16 ounces cream cheese At room temperature
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip

Topping

  • 10 pieces strawberries Sliced
  • 1 cup cold whipping cream
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons strawberry gelatin

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Melt the butter and mix it with graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish to form the crust.
  • In a mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese, powdered sugar, almond extract, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the Cool Whip.
  • Layer the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust.
  • Slice the strawberries and sprinkle them over the cream cheese layer.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the cold whipping cream, lemon juice, and strawberry gelatin until thickened, then spread over the strawberries.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Serve Strawberry Delight cold from the refrigerator. Keep any leftovers in the refrigerator covered with plastic wrap or in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Make sure to use fresh strawberries for the best flavor. You can also enhance the texture by letting it chill longer.
