  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 tablespoons freeze-dried strawberry powder
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 cup blended cottage cheese Ensure smooth texture

For Egg Wash

  • 1 large egg Beaten for brushing

Preparation

  • Set your air fryer to 350℉.
  • In a large bowl, combine the blended cottage cheese, flour, baking powder, sea salt, freeze-dried strawberry powder, and brown sugar.
  • Stir thoroughly until the mixture forms a cohesive dough.
  • Knead the dough gently until smooth, adding flour as necessary to prevent sticking.
  • Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces, roll each into a ball, and flatten.
  • Poke a hole in the center of each flattened ball, stretching it gently.
  • Brush the tops and bottoms lightly with the beaten egg.
  • Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper.

Cooking

  • Place the bagels in the basket and air fry for 6 minutes.
  • Carefully flip the bagels and air fry for another 6 minutes.
  • Let them cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To freeze, wrap each bagel and place in a freezer bag for up to a month.
