Ingredients
  

For the Cheese Cookies

  • 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup salted sweet cream butter, softened
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon strawberry extract
  • 1 large egg room temperature
  • 1 large egg white room temperature
  • 1 cup capped, cored, and finely chopped fresh strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

For the Cream Cheese Frosted Cookies

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 slices fresh strawberries

For the Cake Mix Cookies

  • 1 box strawberry cake mix
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs room temperature
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

For the Pudding Cookies

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons strawberry-flavored instant jello gelatin powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon strawberry extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 3.4-ounce box of cheesecake-flavored instant pudding mix
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 12-ounce bag of white chocolate chips (divided into 1 1/2 cups and 1/4 cup)

Instructions
 

For Cheese Cookies

  • Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until it’s smooth.
  • In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, light brown sugar, vanilla extract, strawberry extract, and both the egg and egg white.
  • Gradually add the flour mixture and strawberries.
  • Form into cookie shapes and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F until golden brown.

For Cream Cheese Frosted Cookies

  • In a bowl, mix the eggs, vegetable oil, cake mix, and baking powder together.
  • Gently fold in chopped strawberries and bake until done.
  • For the frosting, beat together cream cheese and butter, adding powdered sugar and vanilla gradually.
  • Frost the cookies and top them with sliced strawberries.

For Cake Mix Cookies

  • Combine the cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs until it forms a smooth dough.
  • Stir in the white chocolate chips and bake at 350°F until golden.

For Pudding Cookies

  • Cream together butter and sugar.
  • Mix in the jello powder, eggs, and extracts.
  • Add the flour, pudding mix, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, and fold in the white chocolate chips.
  • Bake until the edges are golden.

Notes
