  • 15.25 oz strawberry cake mix You can use other flavors like white or lemon.
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs

Pudding Mixture

  • 7 oz cheesecake pudding mix
  • 3.5 cups cold whole milk

Toppings

  • 8 oz whipped topping
  • 1 cup strawberries Fresh strawberries for topping.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven and prepare a baking dish as per package instructions.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the strawberry cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs according to the package directions.
  • Bake the cake as instructed and allow to cool.

Poking and Mixing

  • Once cooled, poke holes in the top of the cake using a fork.
  • In another bowl, mix the cheesecake pudding and milk. Pour this mixture over the cake, ensuring it fills the holes.

Chilling and Serving

  • Refrigerate the cake for a couple of hours until set.
  • Top with whipped topping and fresh strawberries before serving.

Notes

Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor. Let the cake cool completely before poking holes to prevent sogginess. You can also add other toppings like chocolate chips or nuts for added crunch!
