  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip) You can substitute with homemade whipped cream.
  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced Fresh strawberries are recommended.
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs Set aside some for topping.

  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
  • Gently mix in the sliced strawberries and most of the graham cracker crumbs, saving some for topping.
  • Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  • Before serving, sprinkle the remaining graham cracker crumbs on top for extra crunch.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for about 2-3 days. Give a gentle stir before serving again. For variations, consider mixing in other fruits like blueberries or raspberries, or make a chocolate version by adding cocoa powder.
