Ingredients
  

Fruits

  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced Use fresh strawberries for best flavor.
  • 2 pieces bananas, sliced Use ripe bananas.

Cheesecake Mixture

  • 1 package cream cheese, softened (8 oz) Make sure it's at room temperature for easy mixing.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 container whipped topping, thawed (12 oz)

Pudding Base

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 package vanilla instant pudding mix (3.4 oz) This can be substituted with banana pudding for a stronger banana taste.

Layering

  • Graham cracker crumbs For layering; may substitute with crushed cookies.

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the milk and instant pudding mix until smooth. Let it sit for a few minutes to thicken.

Assembly

  • In a large serving dish, layer half of the graham cracker crumbs, followed by half of the cream cheese mixture, half of the bananas, and half of the strawberries.
  • Repeat the layers.
  • Top with remaining whipped topping and some additional strawberries for garnish.

Chilling

  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled for best taste; can be scooped into individual bowls or served directly from the dish. It stays good in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 3-4 days.
