- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs, and mix until smooth.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips.
- Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes or until the cookies are set and slightly golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
