Preparation

  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add the thinly sliced mushrooms and cook until browned.
  • Stir in the ground beef and cook until browned.
  • Add the chicken broth, steak sauce, and Dijon mustard to the skillet; stir until well combined.
  • Simmer for about 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  • Serve on buns and enjoy!

Notes

For a complete meal, serve with toasted buns, sweet potato fries or coleslaw. Add hot sauce or spicy pickles for heat. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to three days or frozen for three months.
