Preparation

- In a large bowl, mix together the beaten eggs, cottage cheese, well-drained chopped spinach, crumbled feta, diced sweet onion, melted butter, grated Parmesan, black pepper, garlic powder, and a dash of nutmeg until evenly blended.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish and spread it evenly.
Baking
- Place the dish uncovered in the preheated oven and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the center is nearly set and the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow the casserole to cool for 5-10 minutes before cutting into portions and serving.
Notes
