  • 1 package 10 oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 can 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for a kick)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Grease a small baking dish.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  • Stir in spinach, artichoke hearts, garlic, mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  • Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading evenly.

Cooking

  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, until hot and bubbly with a lightly golden top.

Notes

Serve warm with tortilla chips, crusty bread, or fresh vegetables. For storage, allow leftovers to cool, transfer to an airtight container, and refrigerate for up to three days. To reheat, microwave or warm in the oven at 350°F until bubbly. Can be frozen for up to three months.
