Ingredients
  

Chicken Ingredients

  • 2 pieces chicken breasts, sliced
  • 4 cups chicken broth Use quality chicken broth

Noodles

  • 2 packs ramen noodles

Flavor Enhancers

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil For sautéing
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha or more to taste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Garnish

  • 2 pieces green onions, sliced

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked.
  • Pour in the chicken broth, soy sauce, and sriracha. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let simmer for 10 minutes.

Cooking Noodles

  • In the meantime, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Finishing Touches

  • Stir in the heavy cream to the broth and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • To serve, divide the ramen noodles into bowls and ladle the spicy creamy chicken broth over them.
  • Garnish with sliced green onions and enjoy!

Notes

For extra richness, consider adding a soft-boiled egg on top or serving with a crunchy cucumber salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
